The ACV Screening Center provides accessible, no-cost evaluations for individuals who have concerns about memory loss or cognitive changes. Early screening can offer peace of mind, help families plan, and support timely medical follow-up.
During the evaluation, our trained staff conducts a simple, confidential assessment. At the client’s request, results can be shared with a primary care physician and or neurologist. We also provide guidance and resources to help you take the next steps with confidence.
